No doubt that Pastor Dixon is a man on the move for God. He truly has a heart for the people and uses his good-natured and jovial personality to draw many souls to Christ.
Pastor Dixon was called by God to pastor in 2007. In 2010, Life Living Ministries was born. Since his installment, Pastor Dixon has implemented various outreach ministries. He is heavily involved in the community, but most importantly, a committed man of God who is concerned about winning souls to Christ.
Pastor Karlton Dixon is the son of the late Elder C.C. Dixon and Lelia K. Dixon. A native of Columbia South Carolina, Pastor Dixon attended South Carolina Public Schools and graduated from Columbia High School. Pastor Dixon continued his educational coursework by attending Allen University and majoring in Business Administration.
Aside from ministry, Pastor Dixon established and maintained an extensive professional career. After 15 years of service, Pastor Dixon retired from Sara Lee Bread Company. Currently, Pastor Dixon is employed with National Health Care and ministers to the plethora of residents and families he encounters daily.
For Pastor Dixon, ministry is not an isolated event. Pastor Dixon has dedicated his life to teaching the Word of God so that all can grasp their purpose in the Kingdom of God.
The love and inspiration of Pastor Dixon’s life is his lovely wife, Senior Associate Pastor and First Lady, Elder Lisa Dixon and their two fine sons, Brodric Tred (daughter-in-love, DeAnna) Dixon and Branson Trey (daughter-in-love, Alexis) Dixon and three grandchildren: Braylen, Avery and Emerie.

First Lady Lisa Bowers Dixon is the epitome of a Proverbs 31 woman. She’s a faithful servant to God, loving wife and mother and anointed writer. As she walks along side her husband, Pastor Karlton Dixon, she efficiently helps to manage the church’s business, and is always willing to assist in any capacity.
The daughter of the late Robert J.L. Bowers and Jettie Bowers, Elder Dixon is a graduate of C.A. Johnson High School and continued her education at Livingstone College.
After receiving her call into the ministry, Elder Dixon obtained her ministerial license from the Interdenominational Theological Center of Atlanta Georgia. Her love for God and deep desire to do His will is the driving force of her commitment in ministry. The call of God is displayed beyond spoken words as she leads with excellence in many areas of ministry.
Elder Dixon is also a licensed cosmetologist and is the successful owner of Pretty Girls Beauty Salon, where she continues her ministry outreach from “behind the chair” by not only showing women their physical beauty, but also their spiritual beauty given by God.
Elder Dixon is a phenomenal playwright, as she is anointed in her writing and ability to convey God’s message through thematic drama.
Though she maintains a full schedule, Elder Dixon always finds time to treasure those who mean the most to her. She married the love of her life, Pastor Karlton Dixon. Through this union, God blessed them with two saved sons, Brodric Tred (daughter-in-love, DeAnna) Dixon and Branson Trey (daughter-in-love, Alexis) Dixon and three grandchildren: Braylen, Avery and Emerie.

Elder Billy Shiver
Born and raised in Columbia South, Carolina Elder Shiver is the son of Bill and Dorothy R. Shiver. After matriculating through Richland School District One Schools, and graduating from C.A. Johnson High School (Class of 1980), Elder Shiver attended Midlands Technical College and received two Associate Degrees.
Elder Shiver has been a member of Life Living Ministries since July 2010. Elder Shiver is the proud owner and operator of Professional Heating and Air. He serves in ministry with his loving wife, Betsy L. Shiver and is a proud father of two children, Sierra and Shelton Shiver.
Minister Michele Gaskins
Minister Michele Gaskins is a graduate of Hemingway High School. She furthered her educational studies at Horry - Georgetown Technical College and the University of Texas at Arlington.
Minister Gaskin currently serves the inmate population at Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center, as a Health Services Administrator (BSN, RN). As a dedicated member of Life Living Ministries, Minister Gaskin is apart of the following ministries: Leader of Care Group #1, Hostess Ministry, Drama Ministry, Self Identity Ministry, and Sisters of Excellence.
Minister Michele Gaskins is married to Deacon Jamie Gaskins. Together they have eight children and two grandchildren.
Minister Steven Bowers
Minister Steven Bowers is a graduate of C.A. Johnson High School. Minister Bowers continued his studies at Midlands Technical College and Limestone College .
A proud veteran of The United States Army, Minister Bowers continues to serve in ministry and leadership as the the LLM Food Pantry Coordinator, Men's Ministry , LLM Praise Team and LLM Boys to Men’s Ministry.
Minister Bowers is the proud father of two daughters, Stephanie Curry and Kierra Graves and doting grandfather to Caitlyn Curry and Karter Graves.
Minister Elanda Cumbee
As the second eldest child of the late Reverend Felton and Evangelist Eliza Cumbee, Minister Elanda Cumbee followed her parent’s footsteps to join the ministry and to preach the gospel.
As an alumnae of Benedict College, Minister Cumbee obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Family Development. Minister Cumbee is passionate and finds joy in working with children. She’s served in the educational arena for a plethora of years as an educator and youth mentor.
Minister Elanda Cumbee is a member of Care Group #3, LLM Praise Team, Director of the LLM Children's Choir, Children's Church Lead Teacher, and Coordinator of Vacation Bible School and annual Back to School Bash.
